Upcoming Events
The Pizza on the playground is scheduled for 9/17/24 at 6:15pm. Its a social event for promoting PASS. Taunya is organizing this event. TODO:
- Flyer created for inclusion in the Tuesday folder before the event (English & Spanish).
- Sign-up/solicitation for volunteers to help with the event.
- RSVP request for the event to estimate attendance for pizza purchases (Blackjack).
Restaurant Nights
@Katie attended a district event for PTOs and discovered some errors in our process in previous years:
- Check from the restaurant must be made out to PASS and not Sanborn.
- There is state paperwork that needs to be filed when we work with businesses.
@NancyJuth created a summary of the 24/25 year.
This separate committee from PASS reports to the Principle. All schools and districts are required by state law to convene an Accountability Committee. TBD: What can/should PASS do to engage the community and parents in this committee which serves as an open forum for principle feedback.
