Taunya Mama Roni’s 24 X-large pizzas for $317.76, plus $40 tip. 12 cheese, 12 pepperoni. 10 slices each pizza(they did a mix of large and small slices). They had a school discount, as well as tax exempt. Pizza was ready at 5:45, and the party started at 6:15. 125 people RSVPed. Around 59 kids and 54 adults joined, and there were only 2 pizzas left over. We assumed 2 slices per person. Requested 4 tables(one to serve pizzas, one to hold the extra pizzas, one for water jugs, and one for PASS flyers and surveys), 3 trash cans, and bench seating. Extra trash bags for the pizza boxes. Gloves are needed(not in the PASS locker-may need to purchase). 10 surveys filled out. If hot outside, can purchase 1 bag of ice for water dispensers.
