Details: PASS keeps the coffee bar in the Sanborn Teachers’ Lounge stocked with k-cups, creamers, and snacks. Someone checks the status of items monthly, purchases what is needed, and restocks.

Details:
- Entrees provided for teachers during parent-teacher conferences
- A signup is created to solicit donations of store-bought side dishes, beverages, and paper goods
- The number of nights meals are provided is up to PASS
- Past options have included Blackjack (Sanborn discount), Pinnocchios (Sanborn family discount), and King Soopers party trays
- Volunteers to order and coordinate meals were successful in 2024
- Include delivery and tip when ordering, as both fees will be reimbursed
- Email the office to find out how many alternate meals are needed (dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.)
